Olivier Arrighi
CEO

 

Founder of Fidancia, company’s CEO and major shareholder. Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Community Law at Pontifical University ICAL-ICADE – Madrid and member of the Professional Bar Association of Barcelona. Among his previous assignments: General Manager for Spain at FDI – a fiduciary international distribution company – where he worked for three years.

Elba Rodriguez
Assistant Director

 

Bachelor degree in Business Management by the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Dominican Republic and in Staffordshire University in London. Master’s degrees in International Business and Emerging Markets and in Finance Management both by the University of Barcelona. Her multicultural and multilingual professional and education background, which includes experience in the Dominican Republic, USA, France and Spain, has given her a comprehensive knowledge of different business types. She joined Fidancia in 2010 in the Credit Department and in 2018 as an Assistant Director.

Sissy Manrique de Lara
Legal Manager

 

Lawyer, member of the Bar Association of Barcelona. Degree in Law, University of Barcelona and Catholic Pontifical University of Lima, Peru. Master’s degree studies in Environmental Engineering and Occupational Risk Prevention. Postgraduate studies also in Ergonomics and Psychosociology as well as in Environmental Management for businesses and the Public Administration. Her international and multicultural background includes courses in Italy and in the US while her professional experience includes business, civil and civil procedural law and negotiation as well as mediation of commercial litigations at national and international level. She joined Fidancia in 2010 as a staff member of the Legal Department where she offers legal services to both the company and to national and international clients.

Carmen Ropero
Accounting Manager

 

Degree in Business Management and Administration at UOC (Catalonia Open University). Master’s degree Studies in Economic and Financial Management as well as courses in Advanced Accounting and Administration-Accounting Management at CEF (Centre for Financial Studies). She joined Fidancia in 2001 as Accountant and became Manager of the Administration-Accounting Department in 2011.

Pilar Imbernón
Credit Collection Manager

 

Postgraduate in Commerce, Logistics and Marketing. Running her own company in the Real Estate sector, dealing with the entire process of Management, Administration and Human Resources. Different courses in International Management Secretariat. For more than 17 years he has joined Fidancia. Initially as responsible for the Department of carriage and International Logistics. Then she became part of, taking responsibilities , in the Credit Department. Since 2006, it has focused solely in the Credit Collections Department, acquiring extensive experience in the fiduciary sector. He is currently responsible of the Department.

Antonio Romero
Credit Collection Manager

 

Degree in Tourism, Postgraduate in Marketing and Sales, Master in Quality Management and Specialist in Management of Import and International Purchase Processes, Antonio has always developed his career in the service industry. He joined Fidancia in 2004 always working in the Credit Collections Department. He is currently responsible of the Department.

Marga Alonso
Credit Manager

 

Degree in Business Management – IQS School of Economics, Barcelona. She has worked in departments of accounting administration for consulting and auditing firms and has an extensive professional experience as Credit Manager in companies specialising in the fashion and footwear sector. Among her tasks as Head of the Credit Department at Fidancia: annual review of the reported claim rate and use of corrective measures; follow-up and control of compensation deadlines in compliance with the terms and clauses of the insurance policy, study and review of the various insurance companies of the market and coordination of the guarantee classification service.

Sandra González
Quality Manager

 

Her academic background includes a Degree in Politics and Administration from UAB (Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona) in 2000 and postgraduate studies in Conflict Resolution at Pere Tarrès Foundation in 2003. She has worked extensively for private companies, NGOs and the Public Administration. She joined Fidancia in 2004 holding positions in various departments – something which earned her a sound knowledge of the company. Since 2010 she has been in charge of Organization and Work Processes, Quality, Environment and Risk Prevention.

Charlotte Fortunet
Tradeshows Manager

 

Degree from ISEM-ESMOD (International Fashion Design and Business School, Paris), and Diploma in Fashion Studies and Research from the University of Lyon Lumières. After four years as Sales Manager and then as Communications Manager at the Who’s Next and Première Class international tradeshows, she joined Fidancia in 2006 as Manager of the Tradeshows Department, whose main task is to assist brands in their international development.
