2.DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

 

A. What information do we collect?
Only what is necessary to be able to provide our services as agents of collection management, recovery, credit insurance, legal advice, legal services or services of trade fair agents, and to attend to the requests of our clients and/or interested parties.

I. The execution of the service contract between you and FIDANCIA or the application of pre-contractual measures:

D. Who do we share this Information with?
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law or you have agreed to this with FIDANCIA.
We share your Information with:
Service providers contracted by FIDANCIA (data processing managers), for example, our hosting service or our consultants. We contractually require that all our employees use the personal data provided only for the purpose specified in the contract, and at the end of the contract, to return the data to us or destroy it.

 

Service providers located outside the European Economic Area (International Data Transfer – TID). In these cases, FIDANCIA requires such recipients to comply with measures designed to protect personal data and, to this end, relies on mechanisms approved by the EU that allow such transfers.
